There is no set time to clean it.  It is all up to the homeowner to pick the perfect time to clean.  Homeowners should make sure that it is going to be a bright sunny day with no rain in sight.  It is also good to make sure that there will be no visitors and your family members are out for the day.  It is less stress when you can clean it nonstop.  It gives it time to completely dry and not have more dirt tracked inside the house.
